Refurbishment Case Study 8

This case study describes a number of energy efficiency upgrade works undertaken to the Garden Bothy, a two storey stone building in Cumnock, East Ayrshire. The work focused upon upgrade measures to improve the thermal performance of the walls, floors and windows as well as an external door. In situ, hygrothermal monitoring of these measures is ongoing, the results of which will be published in 2013.
