This Refurbishment Case Study describes the discussions required with stakeholders when conducting works to a historic graveyard, as well as the physical works needed to address damp problems. 

It aims to assist others who are considering works to address damp and related problems in historic churches, and gives an outline of the procedures to be followed and the consents required.
