Technical Outreach and Education

Our Technical Outreach and Education Team runs a busy and varied programme of conservation-related activities and events at the Engine Shed and across Scotland.

About the team

Technical outreach and education can mean talking to a school group about stone one day and running a conference for 200 professionals the next. Our team develops and delivers a busy and varied programme of conservation-related activities and events, both at the Engine Shed and across Scotland.

Team members each have their own area of expertise: events, education, outreach or digital engagement, ensuring a broad yet deep set of skills. Passionate and driven, the Technical Outreach and Education Team aims to inspire in the general public the same enthusiasm it has for all aspects of conservation.
